The Directors and
staff of Manse Masterdor Ltd. are committed to the protection of
the environment within all levels of the Company’s operations.
It is understood that all aspects of a business from office through
design, purchasing, manufacturing, distribution, installation and
disposal of waste have an effect upon the environment and this Environmental
Policy Statement reflects the Company’s concerns and recognition

and energy and seek to use renewable, recyclable and environmentally

f) endeavour to source timber products from managed sustainable

g) endeavour at all times to reduce waste and pollution to a minimum
while avoiding the use of terminal waste treatment, dealing with
it as far as possible at source
h) re-use and collect for recycling, office materials such as paper
and printer cartridges wherever possible;
i) segregate other operating waste, collecting it for re-claim and
recycling wherever possible, rendering it harmless and always disposing
of it safely
j) expect and require high environmental standards from all parties
involved in the business including suppliers, contractors and vendors
k) openly demonstrate commitment to improving relations with local
schools and the local community;
l) adopt an environmentally sound transport strategy, considering,
in particular, the need for Company cars and methods of delivery
of goods
m) allocate sufficient financial and other resources to maintain
good Environmental Performance
All personnel will be given training and guidance in environmental
policy and ‘best practice’ as appertaining to the business
and new starters will receive such instruction during their induction
to the Company.
Implementation of the Policy is achieved through regular review
of the Environmental Management System and the related Quality Management
System; adherence to the processes and practices of the integrated
system; and, the use of Continual Improvement and formal Corrective
and Preventive Action.
