The Directors of Manse Masterdor Limited acknowledge that in matters
of health and safety at work they have a management responsibility
equal to that of any other functions and give full backing to this
policy, including the provision of resources both financial and
otherwise, and will support all those who endeavour to carry it
out.
It is company Policy to take all reasonable measures to ensure
the health, safety and welfare at work of all employees in order
to fulfil our legal and economical responsibilities.
These measures are also aimed at protecting others who may be affected
by our day-to-day work activities.
It is the function of all management to provide the right conditions
under which work may be carried out safely and where practicable,
provide safety equipment.
In the design, construction, operation and maintenance of all plant,
equipment and facilities, the company will do everything possible
to prevent personal injury.
Employees at all levels need to be aware that they have a legal
duty not only to work in a safe manner but also to co-operate in
efforts made to create safe working conditions for themselves and
others.
The above represents the general principles of Manse Masterdor
Limited Safety Policy, which may be revised from time to time as
may be necessary and appropriate to reflect changes in legislation
and work practices with a full review and update at least annually
in February of each year conducted by the Health and Safety Officer.
