contribute to the philosophy of total customer satisfaction by Continuous
Improvement in process control, failure prevention and skill development.
Our primary quality objective is to achieve a high quality product,
right first time and on time, thereby maintaining a high level of
customer satisfaction. A comprehensive staff training and assessment
plan, dedicated to the production staff of Manse, help to achieve
this. More than 50% of our standard production is dedicated to customers
with whom we have entered into partnering agreements or long-term
contracts with performance measures.
